Week 9 #tacfit



Not completely recovered from last week’s training so I did a longer, slower run. Had to stop due to my knee started to hurt, but afterwards it felt fine. Not sure how much further I can push this, I really do not want to get injured.

14 km, 79:54 min.



On time: 10 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats (in total 50, 100, 150). I was completely destroyed, got time 13:27 min.



I wanted to spare my knees and legs from all squats so I did some rowing instead, felt quite good. 8 km, 34:46 min.
